3 whiskeys and a whole lotta radiator

3 whiskeys and a whole lotta radiator

time for bed, so many ends solders, pipes bent, sanded, fluxed. all measured, calculated, visualised and installed.

had really hoped to crank up the fire tonight, but 11pm dinner time, time to call it a day. so, hey.

but we did it, all installed, and now the filling and finding leaks is left for dad to do.

REMEMBERING SONGS

Today I was remembering songs that I have written, as an aid de memoir I will post the titles only, and fill in the lyrics as time permits. We are having a tea break whilst we are preparing to solder up the rest of the heating piping.

Toon Town
Bowlfull of wax
Too Hard for me
Your dirty secret
Sunself
Hallowed ground
Full force full love
Humble pie
Bring your rain
Ive got mine
The Old song
Changing weather
Fighting song
Sallow man
Little milk float
Give me the Highway
Wildfire Babylon

All these songs have lyrics and a melody, but not all are completed. I would like to work on them further once I have bought myself some more time. Problem being I dont know where the time shop is!

Tea has arrived at my side. Great.

Laters peeps........

Radiators

Today we hung 3 radiators. The house was build in 1786, revolution time! It takes time to weave the thin copper pipes though the ancient oak beams and pine rafters. Soon there will be heat in this old house and my parents can heal their aching fractured bones in comfort. Limestone is fossilized bones, in a way.

The puddles are still frozen and snow stripes the fields, the potted Lilly hangs limp at the bottom of the stairs down which my Dad and then my Mum both tumbled. They are not called Jack and Jill.
